Two, Three, and four bedroom single family homes
We have 11 single family homes, giving preference to families with minor children.
Rent is based upon 30% of adjusted gross income. Some Out of Pocket Medical expenses are deducted before rent is calculated.
- A credit is applied to rent for Heat and Electricity.
- Water /Sewer and refuse are provided with rent.
- All units are now non-smoking for new admissions after April 1, 2011.
